Michel Fredeau joined the Paris office of The Boston Consulting Group in 1985. He has been the Head of the Paris office from 2000 to 2007, and a member of BCG Executive Committee, leading the Global HR function from 2007 to 2012. He is the Climate & Environment Global topic leader and member of the Social Impact Practice Leadership team.
Michel is also very active on the People and Organization practice, with a focus on Leadership development and Culture change.
He has over 30 years experience in Energy, Industry, consumer Goods and retail, on all issues related to Vision, Strategy, Governance, Organization and Management of large global transformation programs with a large focus on Sustainability, People, leadership and change management.

- Michel has participated to many projects involving Climate and Sustainability topics, for instance:
–For the WEF, defining Corporates best practices on Climate as well as Barriers to accelerate CO2 mitigation levers
–For a think tank in France, understanding how large Corporates can accelerate their sustainability strategies (report underway)
Michel is a graduate of the École Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Économique and holds a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
