Charlotte is a partner in the Global Energy and Infrastructure Group at Linklaters in London. She has a wide range of experience in the regulated utilities sector, with a particular specialism in regulated assets in the water, energy and transport sectors.
Charlotte chaired the Carbon Capture Utilisation and Storage Cost Reduction Taskforce at the request of the Energy Minister, Claire Perry. She is author of the report published in June 2018 on a new regulatory structure for CCUS. She sits on the CCUS Council chaired by the Minister. She is also currently a member of the CCUS Action Group which follows up from the CCUS Taskforce.
She also recently led the projects and commercial workstream on the Green Finance Taskforce which reported in March 2018 and continues to be a member of the Green Finance Taskforce.
